51/2023 Receipt of an order for the fabrication of items to serve as ballistic protection for a military camp/military base

Legal basis: Article 17 (1) MAR – confidential information.

The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn “ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. based in Chojnice _ “Issuer”, “Company”_ informs that today, i.e. on December 5, 2023. The Company has received an order from an entity operating on the German market _”Purchaser”_ for the design and manufacture of elements serving as ballistic protection for a military camp/military base with a total value of PLN 1,057,353.51.

This order is a new type of product that the Company may offer in the future. In addition, the company sees great potential in this type of product, as the designed ballistic protection elements can be flexibly used to secure military bases already in operation around the world used mainly by NATO armies.

The order completion date is set for March 15, 2024.

The execution of the order does not provide for the possibility of claiming contractual penalties.

Other detailed terms and conditions of the order, as well as the risks associated with it, do not differ from those commonly used in the market for this type of procurement.

Information on the received order was considered important for the Company, due to the new type of product and the continuation of the existing cooperation with the Customer in the execution of orders, as well as the possible prospects for further cooperation in the execution of further orders.
