42/2022 Receipt of orders to manufacture specialized containers

Article 17 (1) MAR – confidential information The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn “ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. based in Chojnice _“Issuer”, “Company”_. informs that today, i.e. on November 10, 2022. The Company has received an order from an entity operating on the German market _“Ordering Party”_ for a prototype of the so-called telecommunications container operating in military land mobile command systems, operating in a set with an extendable antenna _for voice and encrypted data transmission_. This is the first order for this type of container from the Contracting Authority. At the same time, along with the first order mentioned above, the parties agreed that the Issuer will produce the containers in question for the Ordering Party in series for at least the next two years _that is, in 2023 and 2024_. The estimated total value of the anticipated orders for containers in the agreed period will amount to EUR 1,866,960.00, which translates to approximately PLN 8,793,000.00. The ordered containers are ultimately intended for use by the armed forces of the Federal Republic of Germany _Bundeswehr_.
