The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn “ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) informs that today, i.e. December 30, 2021, it became aware of the signing of an agreement by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (“PARP”) for the implementation of the project Development and implementation of a design project at ZBM “ZREMB – CHOJNICE” S.A., in order to launch a new product – a houseboat (houseboat) under Sub-measure 2.3.5 Design for entrepreneurs of the Operational Program Intelligent Development 2014-2020.

According to the grant agreement, the total cost of the project is PLN 1,824,090.00, and the grant awarded to the Issuer is PLN 860,550.00. The planned period of completion and cost eligibility for the project ends on December 31, 2022.

The detailed conditions of the agreement in question and the risks associated with it, do not differ from the conditions commonly used in the market, for this type of agreement.
