The Management Board of ZAKŁAD BUDOWY MASZYN “ZREMB – CHOJNICE” S.A. (the “Company” or the “Issuer”) hereby informs that on December 27, 2021, based on Resolution No. 22 of June 21, 2021. of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on authorizing the disposal of treasury shares published in current report No. 22/2021 dated June 21, 2021, it disposed of treasury shares “Treasury Shares” on December 27, 2021.

The number of Treasury Shares disposed of is 63,313. The Treasury Shares were disposed of for a total price of PLN 150,992.32. The disposal of the Own Shares took place during the trading session on December 27, 2021, on the parallel market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The disposed Own Shares represented 0.49% of the Company’s share capital and 0.49% of the total number of votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting.

After the above disposal, the Company does not hold any Treasury Shares.
