Art. 17 (1) MAR – confidential information

The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn “ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. (“Issuer”, “Company”) concerning current report No. 45/2021 of November 05, 2021, informs that today, i.e. December 16, 2021, it has received further orders from an entity conducting engineering activities on the international market-based in Poland for the construction of oil lubrication systems consisting of tanks and steel casings with a value of PLN 1,724,687.20.

The total value of all orders received by the Issuer within 12 months is PLN 3,099,165.35.

As of the date of publication of this report, the Issuer is in the process of executing the received orders, and the deadline for completion of all remaining deliveries was set for September 2, 2022.

The execution of individual orders provides for the possibility of claiming contractual penalties in the amount of 0.5% of the net value of a given order for each day of failure to fulfill the obligations agreed upon in the order confirmation.

The other detailed terms of the orders, as well as the risks associated with them, do not differ from those commonly used in the market for this type of order.

Information on orders received was considered material to the Company, due to the continuation of the existing cooperation with the customer in the execution of orders, and taking into account that the total value of all orders acquired under the agreement for execution exceeds the criterion of a material value agreement applied by the Issuer.
