The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn “ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. based in Chojnice (“Issuer”, “Company”), regarding current report no. 27/2021 of July 26, 2021, informs that on December 13, 2021, it received another order from an entity operating on the Polish market for the design and manufacture of containers intended for the Polish Armed Forces according to the international standards of STANAG 2413 standards, for a total value of PLN 2,386,000.00.

The deadline for the execution of individual batches of orders was set successively from January 24, 2022, to March 24, 2022.

The execution of the orders provides for the possibility of claiming contractual penalties in the amount of up to 1% of the value of the unfulfilled or improperly executed order for each started day of delay.

Other detailed terms of the orders and the risks associated with it, do not differ from those commonly used in the market for this type of procurement.

The information about the received order was considered important for the Company, due to the continuation of the existing cooperation with the customer in the execution of orders, as well as the possible prospects for further cooperation in the execution of further orders.
