40/2020 Receipt of financial subsidy from PFR

The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn “ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. (“Issuer”, “Company”), informs that on December 28, 2020, it became aware of a positive decision to receive, after two earlier appeals, a financial subvention from the Polish Development Fund “PFR” under the launched program “Financial Shield of the Polish Development Fund for Micro, Small and Medium Companies”.

As a result of the subvention granted, the Issuer received a one-time support amount of PLN 1,978,210.00.

The subsidy granted to the Issuer will be refundable in part or in full, which will depend on the fulfillment of the conditions set by the PFR. The reimbursement will be subject to 25% to 100% of the value of the subsidy granted, in 24 equal monthly installments, noting that the reimbursement will begin on the 13th month, counting from the first full month from the date of payment of the subsidy.
