38/2020 Execution of an annex to the overdraft agreement with Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.

The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn “ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. based in Chojnice (“Issuer”), concerning current report no. 43/2013 dated December 17, 2013, current report no. 37/2015 dated December 15, 2015, current report no. 1/2018 dated January 03, 2018, current report no. 38/2018 dated December 28, 2018 and current report no. 59/2019 dated December 13, 2019, informs that today, ie. On December 11, 2020, the Company’s registered office received a signed annex to the overdraft agreement No. BDK/KR-RB/000091698/0220/13 dated December 17, 2013. “Annex” concluded with Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw. Under the terms of the Annex, the Bank agreed to extend the final repayment date of the loan until January 31, 2022. Liabilities under the loan will be repaid successively, according to the schedule outlined in detail in the Annex. The loan repayment is secured by the Issuer’s statement of submission to execution submitted in the form of a notarial deed under Article 777 § 1 pt. 5) of the Code of Civil Procedure to the amount of PLN 4,200,000.00.

Other material provisions of the annexed loan agreement remain unchanged, and the content of the remaining provisions of the annex in question does not deviate from the conditions commonly used in the market for this type of document.
