31/2020 Receipt of an order to manufacture containers

Legal basis: Art. 17 (1) MAR – confidential information

The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn “ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. (the “Issuer”, the “Company”), concerning current report No. 27/2020 of September 11, 2020, informs that in the period from September 12 to October 8, 2020, it received another order from a company operating on the German market for the manufacture of containers for the German market, which is a direct continuation of the orders received so far, about which the Issuer informed in the form of a current report of September 11, 2020. The total value of the order currently received is approximately PLN 655,668.00.

The final date for execution of the order is mid-January 2021.

The execution of the order does not provide for the possibility of claiming contractual penalties.

Other detailed conditions and risks associated with it, do not differ from those commonly used in the market for this type of procurement.

Information about the received order was considered important for the Company, due to the continuation of the existing cooperation with the customer, the possible prospects for further cooperation in the execution of further orders, as well as taking into account the current situation in the order market related to the epidemic caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus.
