47/2023 Information on transactions in the Issuer's shares

Legal basis: Article 19 (3) MAR – information on transactions performed by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.

The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn “ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. _” Issuer” _ announces receipt today, i.e. October 11, 2023, of a notification on transactions in the Issuer’s shares prepared following Article 19 (1) of the MAR Regulation from the Vice President of the Management Board, Mr. Marcin Garus.
