41/2022 Receipt of orders for making containers

Article 17 (1) MAR – confidential information The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn “ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. based in Chojnice _ “Issuer”, “Company”_, concerning current report no. 33/2022 of September 28, 2022, informs that on November 02, 2022, it received further orders for the manufacture of containers intended for the armed forces of the Kingdom of Sweden, for a total value of PLN 1,193,346.00. The term of execution of individual batches of orders was set successively from January 27, 2023, to April 14, 2023. The execution of the orders does not provide for the possibility of claiming contractual penalties. Other detailed terms of the orders and the risks associated with them, do not differ from those commonly used in the market for this type of procurement. Information on the orders received was considered important for the Company, due to the continuation of the existing cooperation with the Customer in the execution of orders, as well as the possible prospects for further cooperation in the execution of further orders.
