44/2022 Receipt of orders for making containers

Article 17 (1) MAR – confidential information The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn “ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. based in Chojnice _ “Issuer”, “Company”_, concerning current report no. 33/2022 of September 28, 2022, and current report no. 41/2022 of November 02, 2022, informs that on November 17, 2022, it received another order for the manufacture of containers for the armed forces of the Kingdom of Sweden, for a total value of PLN 607,866.00. The deadline for execution of the order and delivery of the containers is February 10, 2023. The execution of the order does not provide for the possibility of claiming contractual penalties. Other detailed terms and conditions of the order, as well as the risks associated with it, do not differ from those commonly used in the market for this type of procurement. Information on the received order was considered important for the Company, due to the continuation of the existing cooperation with the Customer in the execution of orders, as well as the possible prospects for further cooperation in the execution of further orders.
