The Management Board of Zak\u0142ad Budowy Maszyn \u201cZREMB-CHOJNICE\u201d S.A. (the \u201cCompany\u201d, the \u201cIssuer\u201d), in connection with the receipt today, i.e. November 16, 2020, of information on the estimated values of selected standalone financial data for Q3 2020, hereby provides the estimated selected standalone financial data of ZBM \u201cZREMB-CHOJNICE\u201d S.A. for Q3 2020, together with comparative data for Q3 of the fiscal year 2018 and 2019.<\/strong><\/p>

To calculate the Company’s average standalone results and calculate deviations from the results achieved in the three quarters of 2020, the Issuer’s Management Board adopted the corresponding period in 2018-2019.<\/p>

The final values of financial data for the third quarter of 2020 presented in this report will be published in the interim report on November 23, 2020.<\/p>

Commentary of the Management Board of ZBM \u201cZREMB-CHOJNICE\u201d S.A. to the estimated separate financial results for the period of Q1-Q3 2020.<\/p>

The Company in the first three quarters of 2020 achieved unit sales revenues at the level of PLN 18,302 thousand, which, compared to the averaged sales revenues for the corresponding periods in 2018 and 2019, represents a decrease of 25.47%. The achieved level of revenues compared to the comparative periods was affected by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, which the Company reported more extensively in the interim report for H1 2020.<\/p>

They are also reflected in the achieved standalone EBIT and EBITDA in the first three quarters of 2020, which the Company managed to maintain in positive values. The recorded profit of PLN 27 thousand (EBIT) and PLN 600 thousand (EBITDA), when compared with the averaged profit in the corresponding periods in 2018 and 2019 of PLN 1,369 thousand (EBIT) and PLN 1,868 thousand (EBITDA), represents a significant decrease.<\/p>

The estimated unconsolidated net result achieved in the first three quarters of 2020 is a loss of – PLN 234 thousand, which, compared to the averaged unconsolidated net profit in 2018 and 2019 of PLN 1,466 thousand, represents a marked difference.<\/p>
