On December 11, 2020, the Company&#8217;s registered office received a signed annex to the overdraft agreement No. BDK\/KR-RB\/000091698\/0220\/13 dated December 17, 2013. \u201cAnnex\u201d concluded with Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw. Under the terms of the Annex, the Bank agreed to extend the final repayment date of the loan until January 31, 2022. Liabilities under the loan will be repaid successively, according to the schedule outlined in detail in the Annex.
