(\u201cIssuer\u201d, \u201cCompany\u201d), informs that on December 28, 2020, it became aware of a positive decision to receive, after two earlier appeals, a financial subvention from the Polish Development Fund \u201cPFR\u201d under the launched program \u201cFinancial Shield of the Polish Development Fund for Micro, Small and Medium Companies\u201d.<\/strong><\/p><p>As a result of the subvention granted, the Issuer received a one-time support amount of PLN 1,978,210.00.<\/p><p>The subsidy granted to the Issuer will be refundable in part or in full, which will depend on the fulfillment of the conditions set by the PFR.
