(the \u201cCompany\u201d or the \u201cIssuer\u201d) hereby informs that on December 27, 2021, based on Resolution No. 22 of June 21, 2021. of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on authorizing the disposal of treasury shares published in current report No. 22\/2021 dated June 21, 2021, it disposed of treasury shares \u201cTreasury Shares\u201d on December 27, 2021.<\/strong><\/p><p>The number of Treasury Shares disposed of is 63,313. The Treasury Shares were disposed of for a total price of PLN 150,992.32.
