(\u201cCompany\u201d, \u201cIssuer\u201d) informs that today, i.e. December 30, 2021, it became aware of the signing of an agreement by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (\u201cPARP\u201d) for the implementation of the project Development and implementation of a design project at ZBM \u201cZREMB &#8211; CHOJNICE\u201d S.A., in order to launch a new product &#8211; a houseboat (houseboat) under Sub-measure 2.3.5 Design for entrepreneurs of the Operational Program Intelligent Development 2014-2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>According to the grant agreement, the total cost of the project is PLN 1,824,090.00, and the grant awarded to the Issuer is PLN 860,550.00.
