\n\nArticle 17 (1) MAR – confidential information<\/strong>\n\nThe Management Board of Zak\u0142ad Budowy Maszyn \u201cZREMB-CHOJNICE\u201d S.A. based in Chojnice _ \u201cIssuer\u201d, \u201cCompany\u201d_, concerning current report no. 33\/2022 of September 28, 2022, and current report no. 41\/2022 of November 02, 2022, informs that on November 17, 2022, it received another order for the manufacture of containers for the armed forces of the Kingdom of Sweden, for a total value of PLN 607,866.00.<\/strong>\n\nThe deadline for execution of the order and delivery of the containers is February 10, 2023.\n\nThe execution of the order does not provide for the possibility of claiming contractual penalties.\n\nOther detailed terms and conditions of the order, as well as the risks associated with it, do not differ from those commonly used in the market for this type of procurement.\n\nInformation on the received order was considered important for the Company, due to the continuation of the existing cooperation with the Customer in the execution of orders, as well as the possible prospects for further cooperation in the execution of further orders.\n\nSIGNATURES OF COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
