\n\nArticle 17 (1) MAR – confidential information<\/strong>\n\nThe Management Board of Zak\u0142ad Budowy Maszyn \u201cZREMB-CHOJNICE\u201d S.A. with its registered office in Chojnice _ \u201cIssuer\u201d, \u201cCompany\u201d_ about the report 35\/2022 dated October 13, 2022, on the signing of a cooperation and strategic partnership agreement _ hereinafter referred to as the \u201cAgreement\u201d_ with a company operating in the steel supply market _ \u201cSupplier\u201d_, informs that on December 7, 2022, it received a notification that on November 29, 2022. by the District Court in Chojnice, V Division of Land and Mortgage Registers, an entry in section IV of Land and Mortgage Register No. SL1C\/00056066\/1, of a contractual mortgage established on the right of perpetual usufruct _ together with buildings and equipment on the used land constituting a separate property of the perpetual usufructuary _ of the State Treasury land, constituting registered plot of land No. 5220.<\/strong>\n\nThe mortgage was established up to the amount of PLN 2,000,000 and constitutes legal security for the repayment of the claim under the said Economic Cooperation and Strategic Partnership Agreement.\n\nSIGNATURES OF COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
