\n\nArt. 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information<\/strong>\n\nThe Management Board of ZAK\u0141AD BUDOWY MASZYN \u201cZREMB – CHOJNICE\u201d S.A. _\u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cIssuer\u201d_, informs that on December 16, 2022. The Company has become aware of the adoption by the Board of Directors of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. _\u201cWSE\u201d_ Resolution No. 1189\/2022, dated December 15, 2022, on the admission and introduction to trading on the WSE parallel market:<\/strong>\n\n1_ 1,046,744 _one million forty-six thousand seven hundred and forty-four_ series H shares of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 0.50 _fifty cents_ per share, marked by the National Securities Depository S.A. with the code \u201cPLZBMZC00043\u201d;\n\n2_ 561,456 _five hundred and sixty-one thousand four hundred and fifty-six_ series I shares of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 0.50 _fifty cents_ per share, marked by the National Securities Depository S.A. with the code \u201cPLZBMZC00050\u201d;\n\n3_ 400,000 _four hundred thousand_ series I1 shares of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 0.50 _fifty groszy_ each share, marked by the National Depository for Securities with the code \u201cPLZBMZC00068\u201d.\n\nAt the same time, the Exchange Management Board decided to introduce the shares of ZAK\u0141AD BUDOWY MASZYN \u201cZREMB – CHOJNICE\u201d S.A. to trading on the parallel market as of December 22, 2022, subject to the assimilation of these shares by the National Securities Depository S.A. on December 22, 2022 with the shares of this company traded on the exchange, marked with the code \u201cPLZBMZC00019\u201d.
