\n\nArticle 17 (1) MAR – confidential information<\/strong>\n\nThe Management Board of Zak\u0142ad Budowy Maszyn \u201cZREMB-CHOJNICE\u201d S.A. based in Chojnice _\u201cIssuer\u201d, \u201cCompany\u201d_, informs that on 29\/12\/2022 it received an order from an entity operating in the electrical industry, providing services to the shipbuilding and civil engineering industries, for the design, manufacture and required approvals of a new type of containers, i.e. a prototype of an electrically advanced 16ft container for controlling the optimal operation of drill winches located on an offshore drilling platform for the Scandinavian market.<\/strong>\n\nAt the same time, with the first order referred to above, the parties agreed that the Issuer has possible further prospects for the production of the container in question with further orders.\n\nThe value of the received order is PLN 205,532.11\n\nThe order completion date was set for the first quarter of 2023.\n\nThe execution of orders does not provide for the possibility of claiming contractual penalties.\n\nOther detailed terms of the order and the risks associated with it, do not differ from those commonly used in the market for this type of orders.\n\nInformation on the received order was considered important for the Company, due to the fact that it is a new product and due to the receipt of an order from a new customer, as well as possible prospects for further cooperation in the execution of further orders.\n\nSIGNATURES OF COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
