The Management Board of Zak\u0142ad Budowy Maszyn „ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. based in Chojnice _ „Issuer”, „Company”_ informs that in the period from November 11, 2022, to October 30, 2023,\u00a0r. The Company received from an entity operating in the German market _”Principal”_. orders for the manufacture of telecommunications containers operating in military land-based mobile command systems, operating in a set with an extendable antenna _for the transmission of voice and encrypted data_, for the German market, with a total value of PLN 4,128,229.32 , which is a direct continuation of the order received to date, about which the Issuer informed in the form of current report no. 42\/2022 dated 10.11.2022<\/strong><\/p>

The term of the orders was set successively from March 31, 2023, to October 25 2024 r.<\/p>

The execution of the orders does not provide for the possibility of claiming contractual penalties.<\/p>

Other detailed terms of the procurement and the risks associated with it, do not differ from the commonly used in the market for this type of procurement.<\/p>

Information on the orders received was considered important for the Company, due to the view of the continuation of existing cooperation with the Customer in the execution of orders and taking into account that the total value of all orders obtained under contracts for execution exceeds the Issuer’s criterion of a significant value contract.<\/p>
