The Management Board of Zak\u0142ad Budowy Maszyn „ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. _”Issuer”, „Company”_ about current report no. 10\/2022 of March 25, 2022, and current report no. 34 of October 06, 2022, informs that in the period from October 7, 2022, to December 01, 2023, it received several consecutive orders from an Investor operating in the steel structures industry with a total value of PLN 2,226,542, 65.<\/strong><\/p>

The final date for the realization of individual batches of orders is June 21, 2024, while the Issuer, following the established schedules, successively transfers the prepared construction to the Investor.<\/p>

The execution of the orders does not provide for the possibility of claiming contractual penalties. Other detailed terms of the order, as well as the risks associated with them, do not differ from those commonly used in the market for this type of orders.<\/p>

The information on the orders received was considered important for the Company due to the total value of the orders received and the continuation of the existing commercial cooperation with the Investor in connection with the implementation of the Letter of Intent referred to in current report No. 10\/2022 dated March 25, 2022, as well as the possible prospects for further cooperation in the implementation of further orders.<\/p>
