53\/2023 Receipt of a decision from the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone on support in connection with the Issuer's planned investment.\n<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Article 17 (1) MAR – confidential information.<\/strong><\/p>

The Management Board of Zak\u0142ad Budowy Maszyn „ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. based in Chojnice _”Issuer”, „Company”_. informs that today, i.e. on December 18, 2023, it received a decision from Pomorska Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna sp. z o.o. on the acceptance of the Issuer’s application to apply for public support for the planned investment involving an increase in the production capacity of the Issuer’s existing plant _”Investment”_, which will be implemented on the Issuer’s site in Chojnice.<\/strong><\/p>

The decision in question was issued for a specified period, i.e. 12 years from the date of its issuance.<\/p>

The decision established the following conditions for its implementation:<\/p>

1. to increase employment during the period of realization of the Investment by at least 2 FTEs and to maintain the increased employment in the area of realization of the Investment for at least one year counting from the date of employment until December 31, 2025,<\/p>

2. incurring at the Investment site eligible costs with a total value of at least PLN 3,800,000 by December 31, 2024,<\/p>

3. completion of the Investment by December 31, 2024,<\/p>

4. the maximum amount of eligible costs of the Investment of PLN 3,800,000,<\/p>

5. incurring by the Issuer of the minimum costs of the Investment in the amount of PLN 500,000.<\/p>

6. meeting the indicated criteria of sustainable economic development and sustainable social development.<\/p>

According to the decision of Pomorska Strefa Ekonomiczna sp. z o.o., taking into account the maximum amount of investment outlays specified in the decision, the maximum amount of public aid to which the Issuer has acquired the right is PLN 1,520,000 . The value of the support finally granted may vary slightly, which depends on the amount of actual costs incurred as eligible costs.<\/p>

The planned investment activities result from the Issuer’s development plans. The purpose of the future Investment is to increase production capacity at the Issuer’s existing production plant in Chojnice by expanding and retrofitting the plant.<\/p>
