Legal basis: Article 17 (1) MAR – confidential information.<\/strong><\/p>

The Management Board of Zak\u0142ad Budowy Maszyn „ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. based in Chojnice („Issuer”, „Company”) informs that today, i.e. on April 09, 2024, it received an order worth PLN 1,134,332.50 from a company operating on the German market for the manufacture of a set of containers of the „power system set of Generators” type for the German armed forces. This is the first order of a planned series of identical containers to be systematically manufactured over the estimated period of the next 2-3 years.<\/strong><\/p>

The total value of anticipated orders for containers from the planned series in the agreed period is estimated to be at least PLN 10,000,000, 00.<\/p>

The term of the order will be carried out successively according to the schedule.<\/p>

The execution of the order does not provide for the possibility of claiming contractual penalties.<\/p>

Other detailed terms of the order and the risks associated with it, do not differ from those commonly used in the market for this type of procurement.<\/p>

Information on the received order was considered important for the Company, due to the fact that it is a new project, as well as the prospect of its implementation, and taking into account that the total value of the entire project is estimated to be at least PLN 10,000,000.00 and exceeds the criterion of a significant value agreement used by the Issuer.<\/p>
