The Management Board of Zak\u0142ad Budowy Maszyn „ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. _”Company”, „Issuer”_ in connection with the receipt today, i.e. February 29, 2024, of information on the value of estimated selected stand-alone financial data for 2023, hereby provides, as an attachment to the said report, estimated selected stand-alone financial data of „ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. for 2023 together with comparative data for fiscal years 2020 – 2022.<\/strong><\/p>

To calculate the Company’s average standalone results and calculate deviations from the results achieved in 2023, the Issuer’s Management Board adopted the period 2020-2022.<\/p>

The final values of the financial data for 2023 presented in this report will be published in the interim report on April 22, 2024.<\/p>

Commentary of the Management Board on the estimated separate financial results of ZREMB Chojnice S.A. for 2023.<\/p>

The Company recorded sales revenues of PLN 37,042 thousand in 2023, which is a 27.09% increase compared to the averaged sales revenues for 2020-2022 _PLN 29,146 thousand_.<\/p>

The company achieved a profit at the EBIT level of PLN 3,227 thousand in 2023, which, compared to the averaged result for the previous periods of 2020-2022 of PLN 2,097 thousand. gives an increase of 53.92%<\/p>

The Company achieved EBITDA profit of PLN 4,647 thousand in 2023, which, compared to the averaged result for the previous periods of 2020-2022 of PLN 3,005 thousand, gives an increase of 54.63%<\/p>

The Company’s net profit in 2023 amounted to PLN 2,871 thousand, which compared to the averaged result for the previous periods of 2020-2022, amounting to PLN 941 thousand, gives an increase of 205.15%<\/p>

The company in 2023 compared to the comparative period of 2020-2022 improved not only revenue, but also EBIT and EBITDA by more than 50% and net profit by more than double. The Board of Directors notes that such a high rate of improvement in financial performance took place in a period of high electricity and heat prices and an increase in the minimum wage, which determines the level of wages in the Company.<\/p>
