Legal basis: Article 17 (1) MAR – confidential information.<\/strong><\/p>

The Management Board of Zak\u0142ad Budowy Maszyn „ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. based in Chojnice _”Issuer”, Company_ in reference to current report No. 42\/2023 dated August 09, 2023, informs that in the period from August 10, 2023 to February 26, 2024 it received further orders from offshore contractors for the construction of specialized offshore units for a total value of approximately PLN 3,990,108.42.<\/strong><\/p>

The final date for execution of the orders and delivery of all containers is in the second quarter of 2024, while the Issuer, in accordance with the established schedules, successively transfers the prepared containers to the contractors.<\/p>

The execution of orders does not provide for the possibility of claiming contractual penalties.<\/p>

Other detailed terms of the orders and the risks associated with them do not differ from those commonly used in the market for this type of orders.<\/p>

Information on the orders received was considered important for the Company, due to the possible prospects of receiving further orders and taking into account that the total value of all orders acquired under the contracts to be executed exceeds the criterion of a significant value contract applied by the Issuer.<\/p>
