Legal basis: Article 17 paragraph 1 MAR – confidential information.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Management Board of Zak\u0142ad Budowy Maszyn „ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. _”Issuer”, „Company”_ about current report no. 54\/2021 dated December 22, 2021 and current report No. 5\/2023 dated January 31, 2023 informs that today, i.e. January 31 2024, the Issuer received an annex to the agreement concluded with a company operating on the Polish and international market with headquarters in Poland providing solutions in the area of protection of classified and sensitive information and solutions in the area of production of special production _”Ordering Party”_ under which, the original value of the subject of the contract from PLN 7,136,640.00 net to PLN 7,200,243.72 net resulting from the due to the increase in the minimum wage in 2023, and in terms of the date of performance of the contract within the implementation of the third stage, which was set until 15.05.2024 r.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Within the framework of the contract in question, to which this annex was concluded – the Ordering Entity commissioned the Issuer to manufacture specialized containers intended for the Polish Armed Forces and fastening systems for military vehicles, manufactured by the requirements of the AQAP system _ang. Allied Quality Assurance Publication – an allied publication<\/p>\n

NATO defining requirements for quality assurance of defense products_. The containers are to be designed for land, sea, and air transport, and will also have CSC certification and ATTLA _Air Transportability Test Loading Activity_ certification.<\/p>\n

The remaining terms of the addendum to the contract in question relate to housekeeping issues and do not make material changes to the agreement.<\/p>\n
