3\/2024 Receipt of orders for construction of containers\n<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Legal basis: Art. 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information<\/strong><\/p>

The Management Board of Zak\u0142ad Budowy Maszyn „ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. based in Chojnice _”Issuer”, „Company”_ informs that today, i.e. January 30, 2024, it received from a company operating on the German market the first order worth PLN 1,043,306.70 for the manufacture of Type IT Container’s for the German armed forces.<\/strong><\/p>

This is the first order from a two-stage project where the value of the first stage is PLN 3,915,019.30 and stage II is PLN 4,959,024.45, which brings the total value of the project to PLN 8,874,043.75. In case of the success of the 1st and 2nd stages of the project, there is a possibility of obtaining further orders in this area.<\/p>

The term of the order from both stages will be carried out successively according to the schedule. Implementation of orders does not provide for the possibility of claiming contractual penalties.<\/p>

Other detailed terms of the procurement and the risks associated with it, do not differ from the commonly used in the market for this type of procurement.<\/p>

Information on the order received was considered important for the Company, due to the the fact that this is a new project that the company is implementing, as well as the perspective of further cooperation in the execution of further orders, and given that the total value of the of the entire project amounts to a total of PLN 8,874,043.75 and exceeds the Issuer’s applied criterion of a contract of significant value.<\/p>
