Legal basis: Art. 56 (1) (2) of the Act on Offering – current and periodic information.<\/strong><\/p>

The Management Board of ZAK\u0141AD BUDOWY MASZYN „ZREMB-CHOJNICE” S.A. _”Issuer”_ , acting pursuant to \u00a7 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state Member State _Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757, hereinafter the „Regulation”_, provides the dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2024:<\/strong><\/p>

– Separate annual report for 2023. – April 22, 2024.<\/p>

– Unconsolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024. – May 20, 2024.<\/p>

– Unconsolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2024 – September 23, 2024.<\/p>

– Separate quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 – November 22, 2024.<\/p>

At the same time, the Issuer declares that in accordance with \u00a7 79 para. 2 of the Ordinance<\/p>

Company will not publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2023 and for the Q2 2024<\/p>
