Zak\u0142ad Budowy Maszyn \u201eZREMB”\u00a0<\/strong>(Machine Construction Plant \u201cZREMB\u201d) in Chojnice was launched on January 2, 1973. Initially, it was a part of the Kombinat Kujawskich Zak\u0142ad\u00f3w Maszyn Budowlanych \u201cZREMB\u201d Solec Kujawski (Industrial Group of Kuyavian Construction Machine Plants \u201cZREMB\u201d in Solec Kujawski), subsequently it became a part of the Pomorski Kombinat Maszyn Budowlanych \u201cZREMB-MAKRUM\u201d (Pomeranian Industrial Group of Construction Machines \u201cZREMB-MAKRUM\u201d) in Bydgoszcz.<\/p>

Since 1982, it is operating as an independent and self-financing enterprise. Initially, in the plant were manufactured osinobuses \u2013 passenger bus installations on truck chassis, trailers \u2013 dump trucks for construction industry, machinery for cellular concrete factories, machines for indamental works \u2013 pile drivers. Later, heating tunnels for factories, residential houses and various types of semi-trailers \u2013 NB 61, ND 160, N 162 \u2013 were manufactured in the plant. In the 1980s, the range of products was expanded, and agricultural machinery, such as horse-drawn cultivators and potato diggers, swath pick-ups, were manufactured by the plant. Currently, the containers and steel structures are manufactured mainly by the company.<\/p>

In February 1997, the Company was transformed into a Joint Stock Company with the name Zak\u0142ad Budowy Maszyn \u201cZREMB -CHOJNICE\u201d S.A. (Machine Construction Plant \u201cZREMB -CHOJNICE\u201d JSC), as a result of privatization, whose majority shareholder was \u201cMostostal-Export\u201d S.A. In March 2007, \u201cMostostal-Export\u201d S.A. sold their shares of \u201cZREMB-CHOJNICE\u201d to Mostostal-Export-Dom Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.). As a result of an acquisition of the Company Mostostal-Export-Dom Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.), in October 2007, by the STORMM S.A. (JSC), with its registered office in Warsaw, the STORMM S.A. (JSC) became our shareholder.<\/p>

In April 2008, the ZBM \u201cZREMB-CHOJNICE\u201d S.A. Company made its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.<\/p>

In 2009, the Company started to establish a Capital Group that apart from ZREMB currently includes:<\/p>

    • borekaks containers for transport of muds from wells on oil rigs,<\/li>\n
    • special workshop containers for mechanical workshops, compressor stations, power generators, etc., -*<\/li>\n
    • containers and platforms for military equipment,<\/li>\n
    • containers for radioactive waste,<\/li>\n
    • steel structures used in construction industry for roofs and glazed fa\u00e7ades, as well as many other customized construction projects and products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
